Online Courses (Non-Pre req Self-Paced)?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if it was okay to take online self-paced courses. The specific classes I'm interested in are NOT pre-reqs but just some random degree fulfillment courses. Would this be okay?

Also, my school does not mention that is was online on the transcript

Yes it should be fine as far as I know. Pre-reqs are the only ones that have to be in-person and of course that requirement was waived during the pandemic.
