I've tried researching this too. Lots of schools specifically say no online courses will be accepted..but when I looked at my transcripts there was no way you could tell the class was taken online. So I think it depends on how your school reports the class on the transcript...I would send them an e-mail to make sure.
Can you tell me the schools that you know of that won't accept online courses? I haven't emailed the school I'm in interested in. However, I did check the "transfer equivalencies" list and it's equivalent. So, I'm just kinda relying on equivalency list for now.

I know USC for sure it says right under their prereqs "Distance learning or on-line coursework is not accepted" so even though the class is equivalent if your school indicates it was taken online it's not accepted.

The school that I want to apply to doesn't mention anything about online courses. I'm afraid to email them about it because it might give them ideas not to accept online courses like USC lol.

LMAO i LOVE tucker max. he's the man. Did he come out with that 2nd book? I hope they serve beer in hell was hilarious. I got like 10 of my illiterate friends to read it, no joke.
As for online courses, I know there is a local "community college" that is all online, and i believe those courses would show up as "internet" courses. But as for you taking a class through your local university or CC, it's not possible for them to know. And yeah, i have taken a course that was a "hybrid" course, met once a week, and have also taken a course online, and will be taking one more this semester. ALl through my normal CC and they showed up as normal credits. You'll be fine.
OH, as for an example of a school that wont accept a class that shows up as "online", midwestern.
One of my online classes had the course section labled 99 after the course number. Usually it is 01 or 02. It turns out the 99 stands for any online classes taken at my college. I am not sure if your college lists section numbers but if you do the school will know. As long as the course was taken at an accredited college and is accepted by the pharmacy school, I do not know see a problem with taking it online. However, the core sciences and math classes such as chem I and II, bio I and II, organic chem I and II, and calculus I, should definitely be restricted to lecture.
