I have been looking into online pastbacc that is very similar to the ff:

MY QUESTIONS ARE:
1. Anyone familiar with these programs? how was it? How do you get a an A on these ONLINE certificates?
2. Are there other certificates very similar to these two? (No, UNE is not similar). I'm looking for a package/complete certificate programs like the ones above.

I don't understand what niche these programs fill?

It seems like they aren't really "post-bacc's", since they are graduate credit they won't help your GPA and they won't help complete any prereq's. The first one looks like an online SMP. The purpose of an SMP is to audition for medical schools and show that you can hack it academically. Medical schools turn up their noses and often don't accept online credits, so succeeding there unlikely to impress them. The second program seems even more useless.

I don't think there is any reason to go through either of those programs if getting into medical school is your goal.
