Online pre-req courses

Has anyone taken a medical physiology course from UNE? If so, how was it? Was it a hard course? How difficult were the tests? I am also looking at a human physiology course offered from Colorado State. I have the same questions about this class. There is also a pathophysiology course through the UCLA extension. I don't know much about these classes and was hoping someone had taken any of them and could give me some insight on the courses. Thanks
