First off, I understand that online prerequisites are not ideal, I understand that this will have an impact on my application strength; however I have contacted the admissions departments at a number of schools that I am interested in an have received a great majority that are open to the idea of online prerequisites and some even recommended programs that their schools have matriculated students from before. While completing such online is not ideal it is the only option I have for the foreseeable future so in the sake of not putting off these prerequisites any longer.
I have read countless posts on this website and others concerning this topic and have read about the successes of other who have completed some/most of their prereqs online, with a vast majority of posters recommending UNE or Doane which both offer online science prereqs.
Anyone here have experience with either? I understand that both programs advertise their prices however are there additional hidden fees, such as texts or lab kits? Did anyone take two or more of these courses simultaneously?
Thanks in advance.
