wondering if there are good online resources (ie simulators, videos, PPT slides, etc.) specific to the field of cardiology, especially to demonstrate basics and complexities behind catheterization (LHC and RHC), EKG reading, and TTE/TEE. i am an intern on my cardiology rotation, and would like to sharpen my ability to interpret these studies without relying purely on the whims of the residents/fellows above me.
and as a follow-on, if not online, any texts notable for being high yield in learning interpretation of these various study modalities?
