I'm using these to follow patients - I'm new to these resources, any comments on what's good to use? Does it matter or will any of them do?

Thanks.

Uptodate is a favorite of many people. As a student however, you will get nothing but eyerolls from attending if you say "I read it on uptodate". You can use it for a quick background, but the real beauty of UTD as a resource is that it lists its citations very well. Use the references section early and often, pull the primary data and use that when you want to talk to attendings about evidence.

Although I use uptodate, I get frustrated a lot because I waste more time trying to actually find what I'm searching for than actual time spent learning. I often default to a quick wiki search, esp if it's more basic science related.
