There have been a few posts about this in the past, but none since the updated version of the NAPLEX.

How relevant do you think the online RxPrep quizzes are? The book questions are SIGNIFICANTLY easier, but the online questions are hard (for me at least). I keep scoring around 55-65%. Have you guys had a similar experience? Do you think these online questions are an accurate representation of how the NAPLEX will be?

Thank you for any wise words/input you guys have.

I haven't felt like the online questions were much more difficult, but from what I've heard they're pretty relevant. It's also much better practice to have more questions to review with than the few at the end of book chapters

IMO it's much better to be prepared with more difficult questions than feel a false sense of preparedness with possibly too easy questions.

Keep at it! you got this!

Let me know how this goes for you. I have had a similar experience. I also heard that we only need about 60% correct on the Naplex to pass so I think we are in good shape?

Rx prep book questions too easy imho, online ones are better since they challenge you and make you get serious about studying hard

Advice for soon-to-be pharmacists: the RxPrep online prep questions were much harder than the NAPLEX. HOWEVER, they did a great job preparing me. I highly recommend challenging yourself and taking the time to understand why the correct answer is what it is.
