Has anyone tried InstaEDU for online, on-demand tutoring, such as for your courses or the subject exams of the MCAT? (Try searching MCAT, Calculus, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biology, etc. on the link's website.)

The reason why I am asking is because I am going to be taking technical online courses next semester, and I might need tutoring on occasion to save time, be more efficient, and reduce stress. It seems legit, and the company is based in San Francisco, but I am just wondering if anyone has experience with such a service.

The online interface is decent, too, and here is a demo of it. The interface works especially well with a tablet PC.

It is a subscription service, and it costs a lot for a student. However, with everything I have going on, it may be worth it.

* 15 minutes/week at a rate of $9/week (additional time just 60¢/minute)
* 30 minutes/week at a rate of $15/week (additional time just 50¢/minute)
* 2 hours/week at a rate of $48/week (additional time just 40¢/minute)

Has anyone heard of this?

Has anyone tried online tutoring with success?

I also found http://liveperson.com, which is tutoring help from professionals. The tutors are mostly people from overseas. This does not matter to me as long as they are reliable, as their English should be fine. Obviously, this would be better suited for subject-help, not the MCAT.

Hi i am an instaedu tutor and based on student responses it seems to be very effective. I think you should look around message some tutors to gauge their expertise in MCAT. Then try a lesson with them I am sure anyone who has signed up for MCAT tutoring has significant experience to be able to address problems effectively.
