Only finding residency form at applicant gateway (USF Morsani). Where are the secondary application questions?

Hey guys, I applied to USF Morsani and recently received an invitation from them to complete their secondary, but when I clicked on the link and logged into the applicant gateway, all I saw was the residency form. I submitted that but was never given the secondary questions I expected to get. I tried emailing admissions asking them if they needed me to complete and submit the residency form so they can verify it first before allowing me to complete the secondary application, but I haven't gotten a response yet. Is there something wrong with my link or is this normal?
