so i called ADA....and they said that the schools only want to see your most recent scores.....how gay is that...what if u did really well the first time and did slightly bad the second time they wouldnt even be able to see your first scores.....or if your some1 like me that did horrible the first time and did a tremendous improvement on some set of scores they cant even see that.

I have contacted 6 schools and they all told me they only take the better score.....so I'm not sure what to think about your comment???

Schools will see your improvement since they will receive a score report with both scores.
I don't know if they care about the improvement, though.

I've heard that some schools look at the recent scores but some schools TAKE the average of all your scores, meaning that we have to do our best the first time taking DAT.

I just got off the phone with the ADA- DAT dept. this morning -- and they said that when they send your scores to a dental school, it will be a report of ALL of your scores. And it will depend on the school on how that will be interpret.
