Just wanted to share a story with you guys. I had contact with a dean of admissions who was really helpful to me. I sent him a thank you email but an email error made it bounce back to me, so i re-sent him an email explaining that this is just a re-sent message since the previous attempt didn't work.

In the subject bar i put in brackets next to the original subject line [resent].

Note i didn't put the dash! DOH! Anyway....i mean i sent him another email apologizing...hehe. Well the good news is, if he read the email he should've figured it out since i explained to him that i'm resending the message due to a technical error. Hopefully this doesn't impact my application process......

Really though i'm more embarassed than worried...but you get the picture🙂

ha! I got a kick out of that. Dean of adcoms get so many emails that I bet he barely noticed anyway.

Geez come down. Try to relax.

This coming from someone scared that adcoms read SDN and might figure you out?

An undergrad adcom figured me out from my posts on the TPR board. She brought it up in a phone conversation..."Oh by the way, you have some interesting posts on --- --." :wow: I didn't get in.
