OOS friendly schools?

Without even looking I can tell you that Rutgers has a powerful IS bias. Much of their secondary is dedicated to screening out OOS applicants that are unlikely to stay in NJ.
I have seen CA applicants accepted to all the others except AL. Their stats were 95th percentile, though...

These are very OOS friendly. Invest in MSAR Online, please.

Thanks Goro! MSAR is what I'm looking at. The list I compiled above are schools seemingly in my range that don't seem to specify if they have heavy in state bias.
