Does anyone have a list of OOS friendly schools? I have the ADEA guide as well, but it doesn't really specify what schools are bias towards a select region and it doesn't list friendly schools. It would be convenient if someone can share a link where this has been already discussed.

While the ADEA guidebook won't explicitly state which schools are OOS friendly, you can do the math yourself. What I did was I just calculated the percentages using the statistics they give you --> (amount of OOS students)/(Amount of OOS students + amount of in-state students).
