Greetings all,

Does anyone know of any programs that have an open PGY-1 position? Is it possible to start mid-year?

On a related note, for those who have applied as independent applicants, do you have to go through ERAS, or can you be offered a contract after applying/sending documents/interviewing/etc?

try pathologyoutlines.com there is a section with updates on positions ect, otherwise wait till after the match and go for the unfilled programs list and talk to the PD about negoiating a start date
