Remember their little birthday celebration a while back, and how they were giving codes away to have banner free web-browsers? Well now they have officially made the switch over to banner-free web browsing, without paying for the actual browser.

thanks for the info. opera 8 is an amazing browser -- light years ahead of IE! the version for S60 is very good as well.

I'd switch, but I'm a happy Firefox user 😀

I find that once people get used to a browser, they hesitate very much to switch to a new one... I was this way when it came to Netscape over IE, I finally switched to IE late in the game... And the same thing with Firefox, I was practically the only one person I knew still using IE when I finally switched...

Hence the reason so many people use IE, despite the fact that it is a piece of crap...

I've been using Opera for 3 days. i love it. It is simple FAST as hell and easy to use.
