Ophthalmology clinic design

Has anyone had any experience designing and building an ophthalmology clinic? Any specific design/architecture references would be awesome, or any advice in general would be great. We're looking for space for 3 doctors, probably ~15 lanes plus testing, etc.

I remember reading a blog about an ophthalmologist setting up a clinic from scratch. Google search it and you'll probably find it. If I remember correctly, there were specifics about room sizes and a lot of other information.
