Ophthalmology into facial plastics?

I am an ophtho resident and I was just curious if there was any pathway into doing some degree of facial plastics beyond the orbit. Mostly interested in nose/cheek skin and flap reconstruction, any precedent for this in the modern realm of ophtho and oculoplastics?
