7th edition works also. You will not need anything else for a regular rotation.
 
I personally found the new version of Lange: General Opthalmology (forgot the author's name) much better than the Academy book, but others have said the opposite. I actually found them at my school's library, so didn't need to spend any $$$... might want to try that.
