ophtho residency locations?

I just finished my first year of med school and I am looking into Ophtho. but I was curious as to where most of the residencies are. I'm in school in Fort Lauderdale, but I'm from PA (outside of Philly). Also, does anyone know of any osteopathic ophtho residencies, or are they all allopathic?

You'll find programs spread out pretty much everywhere, with concentrations in Philly, Chicago, and New York. There is a notable absence of programs in New England. The farthest north they go is northern New York and Boston. When you register for the match through sfmatch.org, you'll get a full list.
