Hi!
So i have been doing a research for 1.5 year and i am a co-author of the paper with my PI. The problem is that he will not finish the paper until late June but the application starts at May 15. I planned to e-sumitted my application as early as May. Should i tell the committee that i have a published paper or i cannot tell them that since the paper will not be finished until late June??
Thanks

I had a similar problem and just said "manuscript in process." They seemed to be fine with that. Or you could say something like "official publication in June."

They will be less concerned about when it will be finished and very impressed with your research and paper. You can just state on your app the anticipated publication date.
