Opinions regarding these programs?

I am having somewhat of a difficult time determining where to rank the programs below and am curious as to what other applicants and residents think about them or have heard through the grapevine. I know in the end it is smartest to go on gut feeling but does anyone know of any red flags for any of the programs listed below

Univ Kentucky
Univ Tennessee
MCV--VCU, Richmond
Ochsner

I was really impressed at UK. PD seemed great, very intensive and organized didactics, residents seemed very friendly and happy. I would like living in Lexington. Only potential negative I could see is lack of a big name.

wake = big name program, and not that rankings mean anything, but top 20 for sure.
