This sounds really bad, but i'm doing horrible in my upper division science courses (basically courses comparable with pharmacy school classes). I'd love to just start over. Does it even make sense to retake introductory science classes just to pull up the GPA (even though i got mostly B's in them)?

retake your C's. Retaking B's won't improve your gpa dramatically if your school averages grades.
