S = r* theta(in radians) where S = arc length, r = radius, theta is the angle in radians. so S = 10*.01 = .1m, which is the ans. What they are asking is arc length.

for ex., circumference of a circle = 2*pi*r where r is the radius and 2*pi is the angle in radians.
