I am finishing up my last semester of undergraduate and starting optometry school in the fall. My undergraduate school offers an optics class this spring and I was wondering if it would be beneficial for me to take it to prepare for optometry school. It's not the same clinical optics class they have offered in semesters past (which I didn't have the opportunity to take) so that is why I was wondering. I have attached a photo of the course material.

Based on the topics covered I think it might be beneficial. I am unsure whether they will be taught the same or if it's the same material covered at any one of the schools. Still, it might not be a bad idea to have those basics before going, it might put you ahead of the game a bit.
