Size looks great, how many square feet is that? I'm always thinking about putting fluoro in a corner to minimize the need to lead line walls.
Approximately 2000 sq ft from my recent measurement. I could be a bit off. I use less than that since I don't use the back offices - I sublease them out.

You don't always need to lead line the drywall. There are other variables involved. Have a physicist do the measurement and let you know. Your state health board will probably require an inspection either way. I just have regular drywall throughout the room and no lead within the wall.
