I know a successful dermatologist from the Caribbean.
She would like to come to the US (Northeast) and work as a PA, RN, RT, PT, etc...do something in the health care field. She would like to do start working in 2 years at least----which means that she would have to attend a 1 to 2 years program. Any idea of what she should do?
Please give me some advice on all this. Which program is the shortest?

Shortest time to earn a living? How about residency? Dermatology might be very difficult for her, but specialties like Internal Medicine? Many IMG dermatologists who wish to immigrate to the US train and become successful internists in the US.
