This is a question for those who are familiar with Texas MD schools. Has anyone been rejected and found a successful alternate route to getting into a TX MD school, besides going the Osteopathic way?
For example, a friend of mine went and got a Master's degree and was accepted the year after he was rejected. I am only familiar with UT Public Health in Houston. What other graduate schools are out there? Does Texas have SMP's?
(sorry, my pre med adviser couldn't answer any of these questions for me)
