Hey, I was wondering if we can submit our application without all of our LORs received. For example, I have already put in 3 emails for 3 different LORs, but only received 1 so far. If I submit, is it possible for my remaining professors/optometrists to submit their LORs after? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yes you can submit it without having your LOR's uploaded. BUT, once you submit it you can no longer change/delete/or add new letter writers. So make sure those that are supposed to write a letter actually do because if you decide the change anything after you submit it, I'm not sure what you can do. You would have to talk to optomcas.

This isn't true. I changed one of my recommenders after I had submitted my application.

If I apply to ICO now and then decide to apply to PCO later (need 2 science profs and I have only submitted 1 at this time) can I add that prof then?
