OptomCAS LORs using letter service

So OptomCAS is horrible at giving decent advice and when I emailed them my question they just sent me a quoted portion of the instructions that I had already read. Thus, why I was emailing them for clarification but they didn't offer any new advice or information. Here is my problem.

I have letters of recommendation saved in my universities letter service (Interfolio). So when I went to set up the delivery at Interfolio I noticed that the letters will be delivered in paper format. Now on OptomCAS they say that if you're using a letter service it's highly recommended to get the original writers to fill out the first part of the recommendation process which is the rating of attributes portion. So my question is if the letters themselves are going to be paper format then do I have to fill out the info for the recommender to be in paper format as well even though I just want them to fill out the first part electronically? Or can I put them as an electronic format so that they can fill it out and be done with it? And if I have to do paper format, what address do I use since it's coming from a letter service?

I hope I can get some help here seeing that I'm not getting any from OptomCAS. This is getting so complicated. Thanks!
