optomcas ochem question

So I took ochem at ucsd over summer and their school is on a quarter system, but I still got my semester-school to approve the credit and went on to take ochem 2 at my semester-school come spring time. Will my ochem 1 possibly not count for optomcas?

I am just finishing up my application, so whats the worst that can happen if I do get into school? They make me take ochem 1 before I start in the fall?
