Hello everyone,

My transcript has been received by OptomCAS. I have finished everything except receiving 2/3 of the LoR, taking the OAT (I'm taking in 2 weeks), and the addition questions for each school. Am I able to complete the additional questions for each school after my submission, or will I not be able to submit it after I click that "E-submit" button. Also after I submit the application, am I able to change who my Letter writers are? For example, can I delete a person and add another one after my "E-submit"?

And in doing so, will OptomCAS be evaluating my GPA upon my application being "E-submit"ed, or will they have to wait until my letters are received and secondary essays.

Once you hit "E-submit" you cannot change anything, with the exception of adding additional coursework in the spring. All additional questions MUST be answered before submitting. In fact, it might not let you submit if they aren't complete. You are able to submit your application before all of your LoR's have been completed, but you must have designated all of them before submitting. OptomCAS will then forward your LoR's to the school after they have been recieved. Some schools allow you to designate which references you want used in their supplemental applications. For example, on the supplemental app for Pacific Univeristy, I was asked to select 2 that fit their requirements (I had a total of 4). For me, my GPA was evaluated and my application verified, the day after I submitted. For some people it can take longer. I hope this helps.
