Optomcas Transcript finalize Option

Did Optomcas removed the option to finalize your transcript after you are done with entering all the information. I don't seem to see that option anymore. Can somebody confirm this, Please.

That happened to me when my official transcripts were received by OptomCas. You can always call and ask them what's going on

i tried to pay for my applications but seems like the option is disabled...anyone else having trouble with that?
