Will optometry schools accept more than one student coming from the same university/institute?

I don't think they will. Otherwise what stops them from accepting all the students from the same institute. And that's not fair.

Boy do I hope no other student at your institute applied. It must really be hard for the institutes that have pre-optometry clubs because there is so much competition just within your own institute. This was one of the reasons why I chose to go to institute in Kupreanof, Alaska to ensure that no other student would be applying to optometry institute.

Will optometry schools accept more than one student coming from the same university/institute?

Absolutely. That should not be an issue. If there are two applicants from one institution who have test scores, resumes, etc that are more competitive than one student from a different institution, they will accept the two more competitive students. I believe this goes for all graduate professional programs.
