Anyone have any suggestions for a book that is not tough to get through working full time and taking the exam in May? I know there is Rivers, but that damn thing is WAY overpriced and also 600 pages which seems a bit more than a review.

I used the Scott Plantz book, can't recall the name. Most of the book is crap and stuff you do't need but the first few pages are pretty good, summarize things quite well. I used that, some cases that some other attenings got from CORD, and then one of my fellow residents who was taking the test with me took an oral review course, and I just borrowed the first book.

You basically just need to get a system down (now I can't recall what system I used, but I did write it down), and then practice it over and over in your head.
