Good luck to those taking exam!

Best way to start my oral exam experience....is with a flight cancellation. *sigh*

I can't be nearly so diplomatic. I'm burning all of my books and notes in the alcohol left over from tonight (assuming there is any left) 🙂 Congrats dude! I remember you from all those years ago!

Haha I hope a couple of books survived the bonfire bro. Congrats and of course I remember you too. Enjoy freedom!

I'm saving my flashcards and notes for my buddies taking 'em next year. May as well put all that stuff to use!

anyone know where/when we can get our actual numeric scores from the orals? do we actually get these?

Please advise on how you studied in terms of start/frequency/duration, which approach did you take (e.g., write stuff down vs talk to others vs study alone), etc. Thanks! I'm gearing up to develop a strategy in the upcoming months, so would greatly appreciate any input. Thanks.

See this thread.

Thanks, you're the best.

I found it while exploring the ABR website. Specifically:

Use of the "DABR" certification mark

The ABR has registered the DABR® (Diplomate, American Board of Radiology) certification mark for use by its diplomates. ABR-certified diplomates are encouraged to add "DABR®" after their degree—on letterhead, business cards, websites, marketing materials, etc. Because this is a registered certification mark, please remember the following guidelines:

• Use the registration symbol (®) after the letters (within the United States).
• Please do not add periods between the letters. For example: John Doe, MD, DABR®

Use of this mark will inform the public that a diplomate has met the certification requirements established by the ABR, including education, training, and experience, and has successfully
completed an examination demonstrating his or her acquisition of the knowledge, skills, and understanding essential to the safe and competent practice of [radiation oncology].

Having just met near 200 rad oncs and received near as many business cards, I can't think of one that had DABR on their card or their office door. Interesting to know though.
