Look at the list of programs that go unmatched every year and you might be able to glean some answers.

You should look into the oral surgery program at University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Definately the easiest to get into.
That's a great attitude to have. I hope you get into the easiest program, because you won't succeed at a good one.

The easiest schools to get into usually have the crappiest programs--why do you think they are "easiest". If you are going to spend the time in graduate training, do yourself and your patients a favor--go to a good/great program and put in the effort to make yourself a good surgeon, not just a guy who rolls through an "easy" program
