Ordering DEA 222 Form

To order DEA 222 form, do you use DEA form 224 (the registration form)?
It says:

1. If you're a new registrant, check #4 on 224.
2. Previous registrant: re-order by filling out form 222 which is on the back of the order forms.

So the 1st time you order it, you'd use 224. After that, you use the back of 222 to order more?
However, one of the practice questions I had, answer choice DEA 222 is wrong. So i'm a kinda confused. Can some1 please clarify this. I'd really appreciate it!

Did you see DEA Form 222(a) as a choice?

From what I recall that's the form you use to order DEA 222's. Also, DEA Form 222's arrive 7 at a time I believe.
