Ordering Entries of Work Experiences/Publications

Hi all,

I'm wondering whether ERAS reorganizes your Work Experiences/Research Experiences by dates OR is it reported in the order you add it?

Same q for publications.

It appears to be alphabetical by author name

Any thoughts about what sorts of stuff should go in the description portion of the experiences?
