Ordering transcripts

I ordered transcripts from a college I went to for both AACOMAS and AAMC. For the AAMC transcript, it asked for an attachment to be sent with it, and I must provide it before being sent out. Is this really the case, or did I mark a box on accident?

You print a form from Amcas once it opens and you enter the school. You have to wait until 8 may

Thanks! Thought we can put in orders for both DO and MD now. I just canceled the transcript order, and will wait until May 8th to have access for that form. 👍

Hi, Just to clarify, on May 8 we can send in our transcripts? And we do that electronically through AMCAS or do we have to contact our school about it? Also, is it the same process for AMCAS and AACOMAS?
