Question about sending transcripts to tmdsas through parchment

I was told that tmdsas wasn’t able to download my transcripts because I didn’t set the download time long enough on parchment and to resend them allowing a 1 month download time. How do I do that?


I will also add that I received emails confirming their delivery and parchment says they were downloaded.

Did you email the TMDSAS help folks your copy of the Parchment confirmation that they were downloaded? Maybe you got some automated warning sent before they figured out what the issue was... and now it's not an issue?

Yes I did. They said to resend them and that they would be waiting for them and download them right away.
