Hi, I'm a pharmacy student from Pennsylvania hoping to be licensed in Oregon and Washington in future. My school gives 1440 hours through rotations/APPE. I know Oregon requires 1440 hours and Washington requires 1500 hours. I just wanted to make sure both states take all 1440 hours from school. Reason I'm asking is because Pennsylvania requires 1500 hours but only recognizes 750 school hours, so you have to do 750 hours on your own. Can anyone from Oregon and Washington verify all school hours are recognized? Thanks
