I came across an opportunity you might be interested in.

$32/wRVU but you get to do procedures all day as mid-levels handle clinic. You only have to sign off on scheduled medication. One day a week in ASC with bump to $35/wRVU for procedures done at the ASC.

If quarterly metrics are met there is Olive Garden lunch catered for the whole staff, dessert included.
