is the physiological ph the same thing as a zwitterion?

For an amino acid physiological pH would result in the zwitterion, that is where the amino acid carries both a positive charge on NH4+ and a negative charge on COO-. When it carries both positive and negative charges on different atoms, with a net charge of zero, it is the zwitterion.
