Hi, I'm going to be a sophomore in this August and I've been self teaching orgo to get myself prepared for the upcoming year. I have a question about drawing an organic structure based on the name given.

For 4-ethylnonan-3-ol (5.58), I drew a structure based on the name, and the one that is drawn with black color is my drawing. However, the answer key shows that the correct structure is the one on the right (green).

Is my drawing acceptable?
