you're not going to get much help if you don't post the whole question (on the AAMC CBT4 forum, not here). Many of the people who answer questions on the study question q&a are either not studying for the mcat or do not have access to the questions you want answered. So telling us the number of the question isn't enough. Please write out the whole question and you'll probably get a lot more help
