Orgo Lab Techniques Tested

I know on the outline for the test it says that this will be tested for gchem, but it doesn't say anything about lab tech. for the orgo section. So have any of you SDNers seen questions like this on real DATs? Because questions about say TLC could fall under the category of polarity.

Would a question like #181 Destroyer Orgo appear on a real dat ?
