Does anybody have a summary for the extent of organic chemistry on the PCAT? do we need to memorize lab techniques (the IR numbers that correspond to functional groups or MS, etc)? which reactions should we know? Cliffs practice test goes into much more detail than the Kaplan book. Thank you for your time!

You do not need to know spectroscopy. You should review nomenclature, functional groups, and main reactions (Sn2/1, E2/1, Reactions of alcohols, alkanes, alkenes, carboxylic acids, etc.)
