Orgo section on the DAT destroyer is too hard compared to the real thing

The road maps are easy but the questions they ask are ridiculous and we would definitely not have enough time if these were the type of questions on the real DAT.

should I continue doing it? I have been doing sets of 30 and keeps getting 40-50% right Once 75% correct.
 
Yes, do questions so you can learn from them and not to see how many you get right/wrong. Even though the questions are harder, they really help you nail down the basics
 
The questions are meant for you to learn from -- aka most people get the questions wrong the first time around. Just make sure you understand the explanations in the back
 
They are hard the first time around but I'm ramano's class right now and after going over his orgo notes the destroyer is a joke, you just have to know how to approach it. I agree I don't think there will be time on the real DAT for so much thought. One thing about the destroyer, compared to his lecture notes is, after going over the lecture, you may forget a few reactions if you were asked, but the destroyer has the answers listed and so will the real DAT. My point is, get used to the process of elimination. Spotting the wrong answer will help as much as spotting the right one. And good luck!
