Radical stability 3>2>1 and conjugated radical trumps a radical of the same. For example: 2--radical w/conjugation > a 2 radical alone.

How much does conjugation add to the stability? Would a 2-radical w/conjugation be more/less stable than a 3 radical w/out conjugation?

Stability of Carbocations:
3-allylic & benzylic > 2-allylic & benzylic > 3 alkyl > 1-allylic & benzylic about
the same as 2 alkyl > 1 alkyl > vinyl > methyl

Stability of Radicals:
same as carbocations, except 1-allylic & benzylic > 3 alkyl

Primary alkyl is more stable than vinyl? That doesnt make sense...can you please elaborate why?
